An outside pair of eyes for your organization

A team that can’t communicate effectively, doesn’t feel like their voices are being heard, and is on the verge of burnout is not going to help you meet your organization’s goals. A new application, reorganization, or mission statement probably isn’t going to fix that, too (it may just create more change fatigue!)

Sometimes you have to stop and have those difficult, awkward conversations. Sometimes you have to take a look at the work that is being done and figure out what serves the team and what needs to change. Let’s work together on creating a healthy, sustainable, and effective work environment for your organization!

Specialties

Retreat Facilitation

As an ATD-trained facilitator, I can help your organization pinpoint retreat objectives; program, plan, and facilitate the day-of activities; and follow-through on action items and commitments towards change.

I have facilitated retreats of all kinds for departments ranging from 5 to 75 staff and get joy out of tailoring activities to the unique personalities of teams!

Stress and Burnout

I’m going to be blunt: there’s a good chance you’re losing top talent and exhausting those that are left. 77% of workers say they are feeling burnt out at work. In a Deloitte survey, 42% of respondents said they have left a job because of burnout, with an even higher rate for millennials.

This isn’t just a workload issue, its a culture issue, too! In that same survey, it was found that top driver of burnout cited is lack of support or recognition from leadership. The tone you set for your organization and the culture of gratitude you foster is critical in the mental health and resilience of your staff.

I have a passion for figuring out these pressure points and finding easy, impactful ways to relieve and replenish your team and find ways to create a sustainable work environment.

Process Mapping and Analysis

Especially critical in a growing organization, or one seeking to digitize and automate workflows, visualizing processes, pruning them, and making continuous improvements is critical to an efficient and effective team.

I am here to talk through various process stakeholders, ask the right questions, and help shine light on all the work your organization is doing behind the scenes!

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Despite a renewed focus on equity and inclusion, those with unseen differences often get left behind in the workplace.

Maybe it’s jarring white lights in the office; maybe its a lack of specificity in instructions. Typical office-culture annoyances or norms may be crippling to some of your staff who feel like they can’t express their true needs out of fear of standing out or challenging the status quo.

I want to work together on making your workplace welcoming for your all of your team members!
